Frequently asked questions

Where to look first when you need help before or during a rental.

Your confirmation carries the supplier's contact details and the pickup instructions for that specific booking, and that is the fastest route for anything about the car itself: handover time, meeting point, or a delay on arrival. For questions about the booking record, reply through the same confirmation. Keep it accessible on your phone rather than only in a printed folder.

Everything that varies by vehicle sits on that car's listing: deposit amount and how it can be paid, the minimum driving experience, the age rules, the insurance tiers available and whether cross-border travel can be added. The pool ranges widely, so the answer for one car is not the answer for another. Check the listing before booking rather than assuming a fleet-wide rule.

Free cancellation applies to many of the cars but not all of them, so the first thing to check is whether your booking carries it. Where it does, cancelling more than 24 hours before pickup returns your advance payment in full. Cancelling inside that 24-hour window, or on a car without the free cancellation term, is handled under the terms shown on the booking.

Delivery within the city is available on most of the fleet as a paid option, and it is normally chosen at the time of booking so the supplier can plan the handover. If your plans shift afterwards, raise it through the confirmation as early as you can, since availability depends on the supplier's schedule that day. Late changes cannot be guaranteed.

Contact the supplier directly using the details on your confirmation; they own the vehicle and decide on repairs or a replacement. Do not arrange work yourself before speaking to them, as unauthorised repairs may not be reimbursed. Note what happened and where, since that detail speeds things up considerably.

Not in advance, because it is set per car rather than across the fleet. Most cars accept the deposit in cash, a smaller number take a credit or debit card, and some need no deposit at all; on others a paid service removes it. The figure and the accepted payment methods appear on the listing once you have entered your dates.
