Only what is needed to place and confirm a car rental booking, such as your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, and the dates you have chosen. Some of this is entered directly into the booking widget on the page rather than into a form we control. We do not ask for your passport number, licence number or card details on this website.

The rental company supplying the car has to see it, because they are the ones preparing your vehicle and signing the rental agreement with you at pickup. The booking platform behind the widget also processes the booking on the way through. Beyond that, we do not sell your details or pass them to unrelated third parties.

We use Google Analytics to see general things such as which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. It is used to improve the site, not to build a personal profile of you. You can block it through your browser or cookie settings, and the site still works normally.

Email us with your booking reference and tell us exactly what needs changing, for example a misspelled name or a different flight time. We will pass the correction on to the supplier or tell you if it needs to be handled directly with them at pickup. Some changes, such as a different pickup date, may depend on availability.

Yes, you can email and ask us to remove the details we hold about you. If a rental is still upcoming or has just finished, the supplier may need to keep certain records for their own accounting and rental agreement purposes, and that part is out of our hands. We will tell you what we have removed rather than leaving you guessing.

You should only receive messages that relate to your booking, such as a confirmation or a follow-up about your rental. We do not add you to a marketing list as a condition of booking. If anything unwanted does arrive, reply and ask to be taken off it.
