Dacia Sandero car rental in Montenegro

It has five seats, though the rear bench is most comfortable with two adults across it on a long drive north. The boot takes two large cases, or one large case plus a couple of soft bags, and dropping the rear seats gives a long flat load area for hiking gear. Seat, door and boot figures for the exact car you book are listed on this page.

The Stepway sits higher than a standard Sandero, which helps on the patched tarmac and gravel approaches you meet on the back roads above Podgorica and around Durmitor. It is still a road car rather than a 4x4, so steep unmade tracks are best left alone. On the run down to the coast through the Sozina tunnel it feels settled and unfussed.

Check the selected car’s mileage allowance before booking. If a limit applies, review the charge for exceeding it. Do not assume that every car includes unlimited mileage.

This model is offered with instant booking, so your reservation is confirmed immediately rather than waiting on the supplier. Cars without instant booking are handled on request and processed automatically within a few minutes. Either route gives you the exact model shown, never an "or similar" substitute.

Included cover, excess, exclusions, deposit and any free or paid protection upgrades depend on the selected listing and are shown before booking. Review each item for your chosen car; a protection upgrade does not automatically remove the deposit.

Payment and deposit requirements depend on the selected car. Check the listing and booking voucher for the amount and accepted methods. A physical credit card in the main driver’s name may be required; debit cards or cash are accepted only where specified. No-credit-card and no-deposit options must be confirmed for your chosen offer.
